I loved the idea of this device giving me a secure hold of my phone wherever I am. The trouble is - and I could see it immediately I unpacked it - the clasp is very weak and twice now I have lost my phone because there isn’t enough grip to the clasp. Today it fell off when I was leaving a plane and I didn’t realise it until I was halfway to passport control. The first time it fell off in the house one day last week. So I am very fed up and now very anxious that the same will happen while I am travelling. Can you send me a new one with a really strong spring in the clasp?
