Adore this bag - everything has a place, I can fit so much in without overloading it (or without making things hard to find), and I love that you can accessorise it easily with the lil clip on the front. I have the 16L size and its perfectly compact while still fitting in all my essentials (which on most days include a 13inch laptop, notebook, drink bottle, lunch box, umbrella, toiletries and more - and theres room if I need to add in extra). Could not recommend this more and I love supporting a design-driven, B Corp Aussie business!

I travel a LOT for work and I’ve been looking for a travel totel that works. I got the 21L tote and it fits everything that I need - from headphones to meds & water bottle, mini hepa air filter, snacks, etc. What’s more, it will save my leather totes from all the wear and tear from being stuff under the seat in front of me. And my laptop doesn’t have to go inside my carry on suitcase anymore, making it easily accessible.
I should have bought another color at the same time for variation. But I’m really happy with this.

Nice colour (I got the green colour!), nice structured base, sits nicely against the body without the crossbody strap. I like how many pockets there are, especially the easy access magnetic pocket on the front that makes it easy to take things out on the go.
However, one complaint I have is that the straps tend to fall off the shoulder easily (although that is just something that happens with shoulder bags, but it would be nice if a strap connector thingy came with the bag). Another thing to note is that the weight of the empty bag is not that light, although it's not too heavy either. I would not use the bag if I had to walk and carry a lot of things, but I would use the bag for more security than a regular tote bag.
I got the crossbody strap as well but it makes the bag sit somewhat awkwardly since the bag is quite bulky, and the strap sits awkwardly on the body too (car seatbelt situation). However, I do like having the option to switch to crossbody!

Love the design and that it is spacious! Must have the separate bag organizer for better organization. The only downside is that the strap/handle keeps sliding off the shoulder. It is kinda inconvenient to keep readjusting them while carrying on the shoulder. I wish there was some type of stopper on it to keep from sliding off. If the tote had it, it would’ve been prefect for me!

Love the Lilac and love the mini size for my foldable keyboard.
