How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping to the US, Australia for orders over $30.

For orders below $30, and to the rest of the world, shipping cost is a flat fee. You can save on shipping by ordering multiple items together. 


Where will you be shipping from?

We ship from USA (Los Angeles), Australia (Melbourne), Hong Kong, the Netherlands (Tilburg), and United Kingdom (Laughton-Lewes).

Monogrammed orders will be shipped out from our Melbourne office.

Depending on stock availability, we will ship your order from the most suitable centre.


How long does domestic shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping usually takes between 2-7 working days depending on your location. 

Express domestic shipping usually takes between 2-3 working days depending on your location.

Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for order processing time.


How long does international shipping take?

Standard shipping can take up between 10-30 working days depending on your location and any possible transit delays at your local customs office. 

For international monogrammed orders - delivery time can take between 7-20 days. 

Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for order processing time.


When are you shipping days?

Our international fulfilment centres (HK, UK, US, NL) have processing times between 1-2 days. Shipping is from Monday to Friday.

For monogramming orders outside of Australia, ship out days are every Tuesdays, and Thursday afternoon.

For orders in Australia, our scheduled courier pick-ups for shipping out orders are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon. 


What shipping options do you have?

Standard shipping from Hong Kong is via HK Post Int'l Registered Mail.

Standard shipping from Australia is via Australia Post.

Standard shipping from US is via First Class USPS (with tracking in limited countries).

Standard shipping from UK is via Royal Mail Second Class (with tracking in limited countries).

Standard shipping from the Netherlands is via DHL Global Mail, and GLS Ground Service (with tracking service in limited countries).


Will there be any customs fees?

Our shipping will cover shipping to most countries, however in certain countries, you may be responsible for customs fees and tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Do you ship to UAE (United Arab Emirates)?

We do, but we would also need a PO Box address to send your order to. Please note that shipping to UAE (United Arab Emirates) could take up to a month. 

Other countries we can only ship to a P.O. box address are:

  • Kuwait
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Oman


What does pre-order / back-order mean?

Pre-order /back-order means that we are currently low on or have no stock of an item, your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.


Do you charge a re-shipping fee?

We may charge a processing fee to re-ship orders that has been returned to us for the following reasons:

1. Unknown reason – refused or rejected upon delivery
2. Insufficient / incorrect address entered during ordering process
3. Unclaimed parcels from your local post office
